telling me i owe them money but i never took anyth

One afternoon i was just browsing the internet,i came accross the loan scout webside. I typed in my name,number,id number but then it ask for my bank details so i immediately closed the site. A few days later i got an email saying i owe them money for a package and an early cancellation fee??? They also claim that they have my digital signature. They are *****ing from poor people who work so hard for their money. They wont be getting a cent from me because i never took anything and i dont owe them. They should remember what goes around comes around.....
