Money deducted from my account

I got an email this morning from Loan Scout SA about a package for the month then I sent them an email stating that I was not in need of their service. I then got an email during the day that I apparently have an overdue account of which I was not aware of. I checked my bank account to see my balance and found that they have deducted R429 from my account. I am now stranded as that money they took from my account was going to be used to pay my expenses of which now I cannot pay because of them. I would like the R429 that was deducted from my bank account without any notification or authorization to be refuned back to my account. That money means alot to me as I am unemployed and a full time student.
