Loans Scout SA (Loan Scout SA (PTY) LTD) ruining my credit report

Loans Scout SA (Loan Scout SA (PTY) LTD), they are ruining my credit report. Apparently i owe them couple of thousands, What happened was i app**** for a loan which was never approved & and a month later they started deducting money from my account (R 350 plus R 480) for what i don't know, I reversed the money 4 times, I never used their services and no one has called me from their office WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?????? What kind of business are they running. And i am not the only one another friend of mine has the same complaint.

And now i have received a letter of demand, Their terms and conditions are bull, you can't pay something you have never received.
