Loan Scout SA - ********** Business Practitioners

Recently,

I inquired with Loan Scout SA whether or not they could assist with a R20,000.00 loan for a deposit on a vehicle.

After which I haven't received any correspondence and found financial aid elsewhere.

Later, I discovered that Loan Scout SA has been debiting my account for "consultation services" to the value of R528.00 each month there after, seemingly without end.

Note:

1. I have not signed or received any Correspondence, Confirmation or Agreement from Loan Scout SA indicating they will assist. 2. I have not received any Consultation Services from Loan Scout SA. 3. I have not received R20,000.00 from Loan Scout SA in my bank account. 4. I have not given permission to Loan Scout SA to debit my account and charge me a penalty fee for reversing the debit orders.

If this were to continue, Loan Scout SA will have ****** Me of R20,000.00 in 17 months instead (Or More due to penalties).

I have now requested Loan Scout SA to Delete my details off their system and stop all debit orders to my account, or I'd be forced to take further legal action against them.
