Internet business traps coupled with legal routhlessness

<p>I had the unfortunate colamity of signing up with LOAN SCOUT SA, I merely filled in my particulars just to see what the sight had to offer. None the less, it tuned out that I had entered into contract with Loan Scout Sa at a fee/rate just by clicking YES. </p> <p>Time went by and they (loan Scout) hadn't even crossed my mind until OUT OF THE BLUE one day they sent me a letter of demand. I conceded to pay but I needed to readjust my monthly living budget so that I could afford the amount, before I could get back to them they had handed me over to another company called LIFESTYLE ATTORNEYS. When I did get a responce they blatently rebuffed my correspondence and told me that they had already handed the matter over. LIFESTYLE ATTORNEYS are also very bad news, I sent through a brief contract of what I could afford per month and paid my first installment as promised. These guys demanded full amount and have issued court summons and blacklisting. The sad part is that nobody has had the guts or decency to contact me in person or discuss matters or even negotiate payment terms and affordability. The Amount was a mere R1700 (A lot of money to just pay out for some of us laymen). I have never come across customer service based businesses that are out for blood like LOAN SCOUT SA and LIFESTYLE ATTORNEYS. SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR and complete lack of social responsibility. Remember NOT EVERYONE IS A ***** !</p>
