Ignoring request for refusal of their services still debiting my bank account

<p>In the beginning of the year, I was offered a loan by this company and in the email it was said that no fees would be chargerd to me and I responsed that I was interested in their services. Since February they have been deducting from my bank account, I have called and sent emails to them but they continue to debit my account even when I order my bank to stop their debit order they always use a different reference and debit my bank account. Please help me in this reagrds as I am growing very fraustered because they are ignoring my request. Stay away from loan scout SA they are fruadsters. </p>
