******ion

Loan Scout SA has devised a business model to ****** money from unwilling customers that are lured by the illusion of loan facilitation. I investigated the option and am a victim as I would not agree to pay money for this \subscription service\" that is misrepresented. In my opinion this business profits from devious advertising and through exploiting legal \"loop-holes\" in on-line verification procedures. I also believe that it cannot be legally binding. Although the supplier claims agreement, this is not practically true as the \"customers\" are mislead and many are not willing participants. My alleged indebtedness has been handed over for collection by Loan Scout SA to Capital Lifestyle Solutions or Legal Lifestyle Team. In case the Legal Lifestyle Team decides to issue a formal summons on me, I would invite a class action defence and encourage as many participants as possible to lodge a worthwhile damages claim where costs are shared. This business is obviously ********* and most-likely *******. In my opinion, the people driving it are immoral (being polite) and should be held accountable. I also expect that such people are experts in self-preservation with no integrity or values."

Well, it is now almost the end of the year and I still get issued with one false summons threat after the next. Legal Lifestyle is an ******* operation that operates **********ly by harassing unwilling targets into payment of small amounts to avoid legal action. I have told them repeatedly to issue the summons so that I can get a chance to tackle them in court on legal grounds- to no avail (obviously). I hope the operation gets shut down eventually and am better off for the experience. I just wish people would stop giving in to their hollow threats.
