Disrepected by that company

I am using FNB and the is nothing on my account regarding the debit order that returned. They advised that I was using Capitec Bank of which I agree however I have been using FNB for the past 2 years now and I lost my Capitec Bank.<br> I informed them that they need to rectify the matter because I did not receive any money from them. The lady that I spoke to was very rude and she told me I will pay whether I like it or not because I used their resources to apply for the loan. I am
