Deduction of R429

I entered in to loan scout website enquiring about loans and I confirmed their terms and condition hoping they wil assist me, I didn't get a call from them until they deducted R429 without assisting me, I called them and they said I can write cancelation email which I did, today received a letter from their lawyer demanding I pay it, I call loan scout again they said they don't know anything about it, am very confused and hurt pls help
