Deducting funds from my bank without permission

I went on their web site looking for help with a loan. Thinking I was giving them my details for the loan, it seems now it was for payment up front for services that they might render to me. Their web site is set up to lure unsuspecting people to them, thinking they will be helped with a loan, hench the name, Loan Scouts. Some of the links to their site take you right to the loan page, that is why people think they give information in regards to a loan. I canceled, and asked my money back. They answered, saying I am still liable for payment of R 549.00! I think this is *****elent bussiness practice. Please advise anyone?
