deducted R429 off my account without authorisation

These guys deducted R429 from my bank account without any authorization, they sent me an sms before requesting a copy of my I.D etc.. but I never responded, because I did not want to continue, but they still went ahead and debited the money, I'm amazed as I gave no authorization, I'm so ****ed I feel like going there with a gun and **** **** ***
