This company has a loan aplication form and the public fill it in hoping to secure a loan. No loan ever materialises. Instead they start debitting your account for so called services. When this is queried they tell you that a contract was entered into that is binding. A mandate is mentioned and they say nobody forced you. I requested a copy of this so called contract and of course they cant produce it. They tell you to go to their website. They threaten you with legal action whilst you have no idea what for. How is it that these con artist continue operating?
