Con artist

<p>Recently went o to loan sites and scrolled through. I didnt fill any application form of any sort. Now i get an sms that im in arrears of my application cost. I will be legally dealt with. Just want to say that the authorities need to get these people that are ripping us off. It sounded like a foreign person. Hope they get caught </p>
