company debiting my account without my consent

I didn't make any application on this companies website for any service or loan, all i did was to enquire about a loan. i didn't sign nor agree to pay any service fee. Then they debited my bank account of R429 without my consent!!!. I contacted them to request a refund and they were totally not cooperative and not willing to refund my money.
