Cheats and *****s

Loan Scout SA has sent me a bill for R1129 for apparently service charges, I haven't even app**** for a loan with them and they have now blacklisted me and say i owe them money, they are *****s and cheats they will not recieve any money from me if thats what they think ... they need to be stopped someone should stop them...
