Bad business practice

I contacted LOAN SCOUT SA via their Website and made a general inquiry for loan. When I received an automated reply e-mail from them and saw what all they required 'in order to process my application' I thought I would ignore their response and look to another avenue for a loan.
WRONG MOVE !!!
A word of warning !!! NEVER do this with LOAN SCOUT SA. If you ignore this automated reply you WILL have R429 deducted from your banking account.
If you have the time or the energy to read through all their mumbo jumbo apparently there is a hidden clause that give you a Seven (7) day cooling off period in which they allow you to cancel your loan application. BUT I can bet no-one ever gets to read this far down their list of requirements.
In my particular case I am currently under debt review and it makes no difference to LOAN SCOUT SA at all. Instead of immediately recognising my ID number (like other internet based loan companies do) and refusing my inquiry based on this, they rather just deduct the R429 from your banking account - even though you CANNOT & DO NOT QUALIFY to make use of their services ???
