Application for a loan, deducting money for ?

They deducted R 399 from my account for a service i did not request or use, i called the call center and they advise they cannot process a refund.. WHY NOT???<br> <br> How was i supposed to know i must call within 7 days... i would like my money back ASAP<br> <br> This is wrong, how can you not refund if the client never used the service?? <br> <br> I WANT THIS RESOLVED
