Application - decided I didn't need the Loan

Loan Scout SA attempted to set up a Debit Order of R429.00 saying that I owed them this money for taking out a Loan with them. I never signed any paperwork, they duly say that I agreed online to an email, of which I can find no correspondence to such an email. I have been informed that I will be handed over to their Legal Department for failure of not making payment of the said money. Amazing how everything is read between the lines and that a debit order can be setup by them when I honestly didn't understand nor believe that this was allowed or possible that a company can do such a thing. I am really upset because I don't know what they can do to my credit record or what they can do to me per say.
