Very bad service

<p>I calledthe company so they can help me with the application of a loan and they said to me the is a once off amount of R429. The debit order was unsuccessful now they a saying to me I owe them R1600 and sending me demands. I took upon my self and call the company that is now demanding the money and I spoke to a very rude and unprofessional lady by the name of Kim and she failed to help me.</p>
