Unprofessional and *********

Hi, this company keeps on sending me emails and sms saying that I own them money, but to my knowledge I have not signed any documents of proof stating that I have signed up for a loan quest. Just because I opened a the link on the internet now they are claiming I owe them money and they are sending me a summons for court. This is unprofessional and *********.....
