On the 27 June I filled in an online application fee searching for a loan.<br> <br> They responded saying that I should first pay the R399.00 before they can do anything to assist me.<br> <br> To my surprise on the 24July 2015 they debited my account without receiving any documents.<br> <br> After numerous calls to the call centre (no one answers the telephone) and numerous emails they are still responding to my enquiry as to how they can deduct the money without any consultant request documents or even calls you. They than politely responds saying should I reverse the debit order they will send their lawyers after me. Utterly disgusting.
