Received a letter of demand from the above company saying i need to pay R1240 for service application I have made online. My phone was on automated fill in application with all my details and loan quest sa decided to use this to debit my bank account of R99. Little did I know it was a service amount I have been reversing with my bank not knowing what lqsa is on my bank statement. Surely after the 4th debit return they could contact the client and advise. After I received a letter of demand me owing them this money. Cheeky consultant that does not give you the time of day to explain. Is this how you guys suck out people for money. The company has not even found me loan. This is so *********. Now that I want to pay the amount in two parts I have to wait for the legal department to contact me to make an arrangement. Damn ridiculous!
