unauthorized billing

i keep receiving emails from loanquest sa and loanscout sa with packages that i never signed up for. i got charged via debit order from both companies and had to block them at the bank however i am still receiving emails even after i phoned and emailed stating that i want my details to be taken off. i have never sogned up for any of this.
