unauthorised debit of money

I went on the the website and completed the enquiries form and they sent me an email saying that I need to submit docs before the application can be finalised which I didn't do. Today an amount of R399 has been debited off my account and the best part is i never heard from them since the one email requesting my documents. This is very unfair and I think it's totally *********. I would appreciate if you guys can refund my money at the earliest.<br>
