The Worst Company Ever - Aboid at all cost

After being in a little pickle and looking for financial assistance I have googled numerous companies looking through all of their terms and conditions and like normal, the greatlness of technology, you for some reason get called from various financial institutes trying to offer you something, let alone all the sms's you receive. However, one of the took it a bit further. I received a call from a Loan Quest agent who I offered to explain to me what they can offer and I then asked if there is any fee involved from them and was told yes and then immediately said "NO, please cancel." I then started being debited by Loan Quest - to still have the audacity to debit my account. I then received a bill to which I immediately rep**** back with my concern and to immediately remove/cancel this. the following month the same thing happens. I the called and was told by the agent that nothing was done to whom I then told "but I have not agreed to anything and was then told they will search for the call where I said please cancel" and to date, no one is getting back to me. The month after that, the same thing happens. I then email and called. I received no reply back via email and no feedback or callback from the call. this then goes on for a few more months and on each occasion I email with urgency to have this cancelled immediately and could not be more CLEAR to me that they just don't care at all as long as they are debiting your account they are happy. Who are you as the customer. They do not follow up, they have no customer interest at all and I have now just received a letter of demand from them.

Please, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM as they will do the same to you as they did to me.
