sick of this place

hey they took money from me the first time i ask them what the hell they said its for law and krap i can call anytime if i need help i did not even make a loan or anything. since they took R300 from my bank i got emails that said i must pay 1200 or they will come take my stuff at home and they will black list me after a few fights i got one last email that said i must pay 680 before 24hours is over. i dont know what to do i saw a lot of people are complaining about them so should i ignore the emails or what must i do?
