<p>So I get into their website looking for a business loan and I fill the application form. The form requires me to fill everything form address to bank details. I do that and at the bottom of the form there's a tick box that one has to tick in oreder to be able to submit the form.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ticked the box and subimmited the form and little did I know that I am signing up for a package that is concealed in the terms and conditions of theirs. So today I check my bank statement and there's an amount of 399.00 debited from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I go to my bank and ask them to reverse it and they tell me they are unable to and can only do it tomorrow. But they give me the numbers for this company. I call the company and speak to a Mr Jason Joseph who instead of attending to my problem he tries to sell me their products.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ask him to cancel this whole thing and he tells me that he is going to hand me to thier legal department and furthermore I must pay a cancellation fee for this service. I ask to speak to his manager and supervisor and conveniently they are both not available. I ask for their cell numbers and I am told their cell numbers have nothing to do with this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am sure that when I was filling those forms it was for loan application and not some package that I am not interested in and now they don't want to cancel the whole nonesense threatening me with legal action.</p> <p> </p> <p>Totally unhelpful and a **** of a service.</p>
