**** CALLBACKS

They advertise on Facebook you must complete a form with your name.surname and contact like usual loan companies do , so then they call you back , but in the mean time they charge you for that call back , because i did not receive a loan from them because the time we chat i was under debt administration but now they demand payment from me i did not an agreement with them. please assist.
