Rediculous Legal Action

Yes I had been duped into the same **** in 2015. The problem is I emailed them and stopped the service right after I realized that the Fee of R399 would be deducted every year indefinitely if I did not cancel it in writing. Unfortunately for me I sent the email from my Cell phone and do not have the proof anymore. On the 11 August I emailed them because I received an email stating that my debit order has not gone off. I asked them why I'm being notified of something that had been cancelled on the mature date of my mandate as I have cancelled sent through the cancellation email late for 2016 but it was sent right after that and I still get notified. The next email read as follows:

Dear Mr Green ID No. ********** 104086 Ref No. ********** 702766 Date: 2017/09/04 As a result of a failed debit order on your account with us, we hereby give you notice that we hereby terminate your mandate and agreement with us and shall within 24 hours of the date of this notice refer you to our attorneys for collection which legal costs you shall be liable for on an attorney client scale. You are able to download or view your digitally signed service mandate and agreement, by visiting www.loanquestsa.co.za by inserting your Identity Number together with your client reference number as above into the “client area”, to access your client portfolio with Loan Quest SA. Please note, that you remain liable for all amounts owing to us in terms of the said mandate and agreement, including, but not limited to, failed debit order costs as well as a reasonable cancelation penalty as provided for in section 14(3) of the Consumer Protection Act. Payment is to be made immediately into the following account: Account Name: Loan Quest SA Banking Institution: First National Bank Account No. ***0 Account Type: Cheque Branch Code: 250655 Reference: ********** 702766 Amount Due: R399.00 Please take note that your failure to make payment of the aforementioned amount due to Loan Quest SA in terms of your mandate and agreement within 24 hours of this notice, shall result in you being handed over to Capital Lifestyle Solutions (Pty) Ltd t/a Lifestyle Legal for collection as per clause 2.10 and clause 2.11 of your mandate and agreement and you shall be liable for additional administration and legal costs to and borne by Capital Lifestyle Solutions (Pty) Ltd t/a Lifestyle Legal. I received a Letter of Demand from Lifestyle Legal today stating that I have 7 days to pay an amount of R578,55. I DON'T GET IT. They ignored my cancellation email and my email requesting clarification.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, YOU WON'T STOP PAYING!!!!!!!
