poor service

I have been very poorly treated by their consultants. They have not given me a chance to say what I needed to say, being unaware of a monthly fee and service package! I received an account that they insisted I MUST pay! These websites looking for a loan on your behalf is only sharks!! Please read the terms and conditions before agreeing on anything! Just a money making scheme!!!!!
