Online scheme

Apparently I owe quest loan they claim that they have offered me a legal advice on the 28/12/2015 and they charge me for that with an amount of R1500,they have been sending me emails with letter of demand with my ID number an full names they claim I ticked the box that stand in as my signature online I know nothing about the advise or the the money they say I owe them please assist I think I have been spammed.
