notice of demand

i have received multiple emials from loan scout stating that ive sogned up for their service package which i have not. ive sent about 20 emails asking them to remive me from the system and made about 40 phonecalls to them. all they then do is tell me to send a document stating that i want to be taken off. o have done that. more than once but im still being billed. i received a notice of demand for 1300 rounded off with 20 days to pay. i refuse to pay this as they ignore my emails where i ask to be removed. i am sick on my stomach and do not know what to do anymore.
