Not what I signed up for

<p>I app**** for a quick loan in January, but was told that I have not met minimum requirements so I made another plan to get the money I needed. Now in February R400 gets deducted from my ABSA account, the reference saying it's my Loan Quest SA fee. Apparently I app**** for a loan search subscription without me knowing, so I call Loan Quest SA and tell the what happened so they say they can cancel it, but I have to pay penalty fees of R1002. This is an expense I will not be able to carry as I am studying and it is so unexpected. These people should seriously make sure people know what they are getting into.</p>
