NO HELP AT ALL DO THEY EXIST

<p>few months ago i was looking for ways to to reduce debt , i came accross loan Quest SA and went through what they offered . I submitted my details in the hope of getting a call from them. firstly i heard nothing from them , secondly the end of that month an amount ogf R399 was taken off my account . i called there contact us . All i got was i signed up for thier service and its for 12 months and that i am bound. i told them to email me the cancellation form and amount to end services . i never recieved anything. coming to their sevices they offer , i have not recieved one call explaining or assisting with anything . not even a welcome !!!!!!! it has been over 4 months . i stopped my debit order and now they contact me saying i must pay or they will take legal action. as i dont want a bad credit name i have paid the full amount . i feel this is day light ******* as they claim to help, but all they want is our money. </p> <p>i would like someone of importance of this so called company to contact me to explain there incompatance </p>
