misleading information for a loan

<p>I signed up to see if I qualified for a loan and submitted an application online. I them got debited by LQSA which I reversed as I got no feedback regarding the loan. No money was given to me so I dont understand why I would need a stupid service pack if I was signing up for a loan application. Then I called their call centre and they couldn't pick me up on the system I then get a letter of demand. The is really misleading information on their website!</p>
