LoanQuestSA kicks me though i am on the ground!!

<p>English is my third language!</p> <p>I was in financial shambles when i decided to surf the net looking for a company that will give a loan to consolidate my debts as i am under debt review, LoanQuest SA popped up amongst the list of such institutions that can assist me even under Administration. i furnished that form they posted and i wrote my banking details with the anticipation of money in my account gathering from their name LOan Quest. this was in December last year, suddenly i received an email with divorce advises from them and at the en of the month i saw a debit of R399.00 from them, mind you i havent received a single cent from them, that was very percu**** and i visited my bank and asked for a reversal. i kindly wrote them an email requesting termination of whatever i have subscribed to as i only need a loan. they sent me an email that i have subscribed therefore it's breach of contract but i persistently conveyed my sincere pologies I mean everyone makes a mistake, in my case t was a language barrier. Was it written in Xhosa or Setswana i would have long picked up that this is not what i needed and i instead got entrigued by the word Loan in their name. they kept on tormenting me with emails that i owe them though i have asked to be removed from their programme, i mean how can i indulge in their products worth R399 that is equivalent to mmy daughter's tin of formula. even today i have received an email that i owe R1002,00 and i will be handed over to lawyers, i mean i fail to understand this because i have to translate English in to 2 languages before i understand what it means. i have kindly asked them to stop preying on my situation, they must please stop feeding on my disadvantage.</p>
