LOAN SHARKS

<p>In april 2016, i had an emergency and needed an amount of R1000 urgently. i went online and app**** for a loan for the aforementioned amount thinking that the process will be quick. i accepted the terms and condition of the loan. i then received an sms advising me that documents will be e-mailed to me to complete and sign to finalise the process. i received the -mail with the documents, but by then i had decided not to continue with the loan. today an amount of r 399.99 was debited from my account, i contacted loan quest and i was advised that when i accepted the term and conditions of the loan i also accepted a 12 month contract for legal advised which start off with an joining fee of r399.99 and followed by R99.99 per month. i have gone to the bank to reverse the amount that was debited and i have contacted the ombudsman. i need a complaint reference number and a resolution letter. i approach loan quest for a loan which i decided not to take, now i have a 12 months contract just by accepting the terms and conditions of the loan. What is funny for me is that to finalize the loan i needed, you e-mailed me documents but the 12 months contract was activated without my permission? can i please have a complain reference number and a resolution letter to submit my complain to the ombudman</p>
