Loan Quest Sa - the worst of the worst

<p>I filled in the online form, then ticked the "accept terms and conditions" block after which I submitted the form. The next screen showed that they would contact me shortly to finalise everything with a small caption to contact them if they had not responded to me. Since they had not contacted me, i assumed that my application was unsuccessful, therefore I did not bother to contact them. After three months, they contacted me to tell me I was owing them money. Since i had no knowledge of this transaction, I contacted them to clear things up. They said i owed them R1100 for some service package that I had signed up for. They said that they did not need to contact me to finalise the agreement since I had agreed to the terms and conditions on their website. Now, Lifestyle Legal is sending me emails every other week demanding this money or else they would take me to court and have me blacklisted. They cannot debit my account since we had not entered into an agreement and I had not furnished them my banking details. I have since complained to the NCC, since this is happening to a number of people. BE AWARE OF THESE ************ organisations that are trying to con the hard working people of their money and threatening to have them blacklisted so that they can pay up.</p>
