loan quest SA is robbing poor people

<p>I app**** for a loan online and it was not even Loan Quest SA and the add even said no hidden costs and I was declined then i received a alert that a debit of R299 was taken off my account under Loan Sa and i don't even know what's it for and i returned it because o was declined for a loan so how can I be charged , i then receive a email that o must pay R1450 within 3 days or i will be summoned to court ,what happened to NCA which protects consumers against ****s and companies that rob customers , i will not pay R1450 and from R299 to R1450 ,that's **************** and i would love to know what the R299 is for and if its my fault then o will only pay R299 and please investigate this company because they are robbing consumers</p> <p> </p>
