Loan Quest SA - ****** & blatant disregard of consumer's query/complaint

<p>I have had the worst experience ever with this Company. For months I have been disputing a so called service offering for loans services they state I purchased and they ********ly debited my account. Not once have I been contacted by anyone in relation to what they say they offer or had anythign from them save for a first instalment of R399.00 and thereafter annual fees amounting to approximately R1500 plus with charges for my reversed debit orders. To date they state that I owe them and have now handed me over to legal. Not once in all this time have they acknowledged my query/complaint. I have tried to report them to the Ombudsman and various other authorities however to no avail and to date they blatantly ignore my requests for proof etc. I see that I am merely one of a long line of disgruntled and sadly targeted individuals who happened to browse across their ***** website. I hope that someone does something about their ******* services.</p>
