Loan quest.. a quest to make you lose your money

Loan Quest SA are robbing people, I didn't sign any agreements with them though i'm getting statements of money that " I'm owing them" ...when I call them this arrogant call centre consultant tells me that I have to pay R1200 for a cancellation and hung up the phone in my ear.

These people are rude, and the company is a *******!..
