LIFESTYLE SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD is ruining my life

I am trying to apply for a home loan and I am told that I am blacklisted by CAPITAL LIFESTYLE SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD t/a LIFESTYLE LEGAL. I tried calling them for them to explain to me what is it that I have taken from them , they say I asked for "legal advices" . I don't remember ever seeking advices from them. I have worked so hard to have clean credit record and they just come and mess it up. please help as I have never used their services or that of LOAN QUEST SA
