Letter of demand

<p>Hi, a few months ago, I went online to what I thought was a Standard Bank website to check how much loan I qualify for, half way through I realized it was not the site I thought it was so I immediately abandoned the enquiry, a month later I had a debit order from a company called Loan Quest SA, I reversed it, the following month they did the same thing with an amount higher, I reversed it again, now they threatening to blacklist me if I don't pay them within 24 hours, I fail to understand what it is that I'm paying for.</p> <p>Can someone please help me in this regard.</p>
