I have cancelled the service and still Billed. I even paid off the Loan and still Billed

<p>Good day. I have requested for Loan Quest SA to terminate the so called services as i did not need them. I have emails as proof and yet on my statement the debits still go through. I even paid out the Loan they believe they have assisted me to get and yet they continue debiting my Account. Last debit is dated 25 October 2016.</p> <p>This is unfair business practise and *******.</p>
