********** and ******** (someone help me)

I have a problem here these guys called Loan quest claim I owe them money I have never signed up with them nor received any loan from them. now they keep threatening me with summons even though I have twice now requested them to send me a contract that I signed and forward me any call recordings of calls made to me to take out any service with them and they have failed to do that. secondly I truly believe that this is ***** I know all the creditors I have as I signed and received a contract I don't know theses guys and what I find very disturbing is I have asked them for proof of the contract because i never ever took out anything with them and I don't even know who they are. secondly they have failed to send me any call recording where they actually called me and I verbally agreed. Thirdly there was never a time I received any loan money or any service from them at all.

Please can someone help me because this is crime these people are committing.
