Deduct money from your account without consent

I went online for a loan with Loan Quest SA. Loaded my details including my banking details.(05/05/2015)<br> I was sent a sms to say that they will get back to me.<br> The end of that same month they deducted R399 from my account stating that it was for services rendered.<br> I went to my bank and had the debit reversed.I also contacted their offices to notify them of their mistake and wanted to speak to one of the seniors but I was told there are no seniors in the building and the phone call was ended from their side.Contact person was Danie James<br> A month later I got and email from Loan Quest that stated that i will be handed over to their legal department<br> for collection.<br> At no time did i sign for any loan and any service agreement.
