debity account without authority

I made online application for loan and got email to say I must fill forms in and sent back. I did not fill them in as I didn't want the loan anymore. To my surprize I got R399 debit order I immediately reversed as I didn't except the qoute. <br> I didn't ask for the service and no where did they say I will pay for anything on any email or that I had to let them now that I am not interested anymore.<br> <br> I did email them also on [Email Removed] as that is what gentleman told me I must email yo to cancel and that I did on 28 aug<br> <br> So hope they respond.
