*****ed me - No service delivered but I have to pay, and I declined telephonically, but it was not taken into account

In January this year, I received an sms for a loan. I rep**** and a consultant called me back, during the call I was advised that I have been pre-approved for a loan to the amount of R1200, I declined as the amount did not make any sense, the consultant advised that a few other services were connected to the loan and this made even less sense and I declined the offer, I think I said I am not interested anymore, more than 5 times before hanging up. June this year, I started receiving emails saying I have been handed over, little did I know that from January I was being billed for 1 or 2 phone calls, in which I made it very clear that I am no longer interested. Me replying to the sms and providing them with my information had exposed myself and was told that I am now liable to pay an amount of over R3000 to Loan Quest SA and Loan Connector. The rude and ********* emails, which displays that the consultant have no decorum and knowledge of how to address people. These two companies are ****** preying on people who are in desperate need for assistance financially.
