Been billed for loan not received

I have app**** for a loan in December last year December , then January they started deducting money from my account for a loan I have not received. I have been receiving emails and sms's and letters of demands for a outstanding amount of R1595. I app**** for a loan because I have financial difficulties and needed the money urgently, hense I have been conned into an agreement I know nothing about.<br> This is a **** where Loan Quest Sa con people into applying for loans knowing they don't read the terms and conditions because they are desperate to get a loan because they have financial difficulties , how does one apply for a loan and not get approved and still get billed. I will be taking this further as I do not have the money to pay them and that's the reason I went to themin the first place.<br> <br> Please help clear this , thanks <br> <br>
