Bad Service from Loan Quest SA

I app**** for a loan with loan quest SA on the first of July. If you apply you get sms confirmation that your application is accepted and all necessary documents needs to be in ASAP with proof of payment of R399 to go ahead. All this was done and sent to Loan Quest SA. I'm still waiting on response. I contact them for follow up's every other day - spoke several times to Danny at their \call centre". He gave me a nother number to follow up since today no one is aswering. And till now no feedback. This is not the service I expected if you go and read about Loan Quest SA. I know it can take some time but really 3 weeks? And anything financial situation is usually quit urgent hence the reason you as customer needs some financial help. Or at least give feedback. I app**** with other companies as well and had feed back in 3 to 4 days time. That's service. """
